Who we work with
Our Uganda partners are licensed, experienced operators who have spent years guiding in the country's national parks. When you submit a trip request, we coordinate directly with them to confirm your permits, guides, and lodging, then come back to you with a confirmed itinerary, typically within 2–3 business days.
Why we started Kiro Safari Concierge
Not long ago, we booked a safari to Uganda ourselves. The experience itself was extraordinary, and I mean EXTRAORDINARY…gorilla trekking in Bwindi, game drives through Murchison Falls, a private guide who knew every corner of the country. But planning it? That was another story.
Pricing was hard to find upfront. Most of my questions got answered over WhatsApp, with a 9-hour time difference making every exchange a waiting game. Customizing my itinerary was a painful process of back-and-forth on Whatsapp without clarity on pricing changes from each customization. When it came time to pay, wiring money to an unfamiliar payment processor felt genuinely risky — my partner and I spent an uncomfortable amount of time wondering if the whole thing was a scam.
It wasn't. The trip was incredible. But I kept thinking: how many people talk themselves out of going to Uganda — or don't even consider it — because booking it feels too hard?
